Initial Thoughts from the REDS Meetings

We finished our REDS (Regional Executive Directors) meetings at noon today in Laguna Beach, CA. After each of these meetings, I come away saying that the meetings were the best I have experienced since assuming this position. I can honestly say the same after these meetings. The spirit of unity and mutual care and concern is something that I truly appreciate, especially since I am relatively new to this position. I am pleased to take away from these meetings some vital information that will be helpful as we continue our new identity work. The CBAmerica meetings begin this evening, and Fred McCloskey is attending the meetings with me.
