Saturday Night

Braydon experienced some discomfort this evening, so we ask you to pray that the nurses caring for him will be able to manage his pain with the proper meds. Shelly will spend the night with him again, but CHOP was not able to offer Scott a room, so he will spend the night at home. Fortunately it is only a 1/2 hour drive from CHOP to their home. Thanks for continuing to pray for Braydon and his family.

I mentioned Sofia in my update last night. Sofia was born with only three chambers in her little heart. Scott and I spoke with her father this evening, and learned that his name is Andrew. Andrew spent time as a teen in CHOP with a form of leukemia. I told Andrew that we would keep his daughter Sofia in prayer, and also handed him one of my cards. Hopefully we will be able to keep in contact with this family, because I believe families that choose life for their children need all the encouragement they can get. Thanks also for praying for Sofia and her family as they pray for her healing.
