Just returned from two weeks in Colorado. During the first week I attended training offered by CBAmerica in ministry mapping (strategic planning). Bill Hoyt walked us through the variety of steps he uses with churches to coach them into greater effectiveness. Fred McCloskey and Paul Mathewson also attended the training from our region. I look forward to working with them to find the best ways to offer these services to the churches in our region. Will be blogging more thoughts later on what I learned in Colorado. By the way, I picked up Lou Ann at the Denver Airport on the Saturday following the CBAmerica training and drove her to Vail, where she had a meeting last week. Vail is beautiful in summer! Just sayin'!
