The Ascent of a Leader: How Ordinary Relationships Develop Extraordinary Character and Influence by Bill Thrall, Bruce McNichol and Ken McElrath. During the retreat, we explored what the Bible has to say about discipleship as well as concepts from the book.
We looked at Bill Hoyt's definition of a "spiritually mature disciple" from his book
Effectiveness By the Numbers.
