I am sitting in my study with the Eagles game on in the other room. The past two weeks have been a blur.
I returned late last night after attending the 2008 Peacemaker Ministries Conference in Orlando. The highlight of that conference was the opportunity to receive Conflict Coaching and Mediation Training. I highly recommend this training for every pastor and Christian leader. We are looking into ways to offer Peacemaker Training to pastors and churches in the Mid-Atlantic region.
The week prior to the Peacemaker Training, I had the opportunity to attend the CBAmerica RED's meetings in Estes Park, Colorado. This was a significant meeting as we spent some valuable time evaluating our national fellowship. I highly esteem the other REDS as we seek the Lord's direction for the future of CBAmerica.
During the week Lou Ann traveled to Chicago for an ANNA meeting. Can't wait for her to return on Tuesday. Now, having posted for the first time in awhile, I think I will move to the other room and watch the Eagles game. Looking forward to posting more this week.
