I am reading an excellent book. Effectiveness by the Numbers, by William R. Hoyt, is a great book on how to measure ministry effectiveness. Hoyt addresses many different aspects of church ministry and how to measure for greater effectiveness. In the back of the book is also a CD with a metrics manual on how to measure effectiveness with many different worksheets to help with that process. I highly recommend the book.
